These terms describe use of TxVetRealtor.com and TexasVeteranRealtor.com, operated by TxVet Real Estate LLC in Texas, USA, and the real estate inquiry and appointment messaging described below.
1. Website information and services
This website provides property information, real estate resources, and ways to contact Jeanette Spain, Texas Veteran Realtor. Browsing the website or submitting a form does not create an agency or brokerage relationship. Representation and any paid services are governed by separate agreements.
Listing prices, availability, measurements, school assignments, financing terms, and other property details may change and should be independently verified. Loan information is educational, not a loan offer, lending commitment, or guarantee of eligibility. Website content is not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.
2. SMS messaging terms
The following SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the messaging program of TxVet Real Estate LLC, operating the Texas Veteran Realtor websites. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
- Message purpose. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes. With your consent, messages may also concern real estate services, your inquiries, and property information.
- Opting out and rejoining. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that texted you. After you send STOP, we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and provide a new, explicit opt-in, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. A new inquiry without explicit consent does not override a previous opt-out.

- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
